Ley de Parkinson

LEY DE PARKINSON: La ley de Parkinson (nada tiene que ver con la enfermedad del mismo nombre) señala que, a medida que una empresa crece, se contrata a más personas mediocres que, no obstante, reciben un salario muy por encima de su mérito. ¿Por qué? Simplemente porque los ejecutivos que ocupan el poder temen la llegada de competidores en potencia. La mejor manera de no crearse rivales peligrosos consiste en contratar incompetentes. La mejor forma de eliminar en ellos cualquier veleidad de zancadillas es pagarles muy bien. De este modo las castas dirigentes se aseguran una tranquilidad permanente.
