Traducción de la introducción y el plan de mi tesis "¿El Neuro-Training, una medicina universal?"

define esta expresión, “que dice mucho
más de lo que uno se imagina” (1), así:
Aunque el texto integral lo menciona, se hace en esta definición poco caso
del paciente, de sus prójimos, de sus sensaciones o de sus historias y
antecedentes. Es interesante contrastarlo con la opinión de Marc Zaffran (alias
Martin Winckler), en su libro “Profesión Médico de Familia”. Nacido en Argelia
e hijo de médico, descubre durante sus estudios en Francia que la “medicina general está despreciada por los
docentes” mientras para él, “la
medicina de familia es una área intelectual inmensa, apasionante, todavía
ampliamente inexplorada. […] Sobre el terreno, Zaffran descubre que la práctica
no es la teoría. Muy pocos pacientes, le consta, se quejan de enfermedades tal
y como se describen en los libros.«Al
contrario, sigue Zaffran, evocan síntomas extraños, elusivos, a través de un
raudal de palabras o, a la inversa, un discurso monosilábico enternecedor. A
menudo, no son tanto el diagnóstico y los medicamentos que necesitan, sino una
actitud receptiva, aunque la influencia de la industria farmacéutica en la
práctica medical tiende a hacérnoslo olvidar.” (3) El
Neuro-Training, a través de una lectura de nuestros males
reprimidos y de una traducción de los síntomas, ¿ofrece una apertura excitante
sobre este universo de la salud? ¿Tendrán algún día los practicantes de
Neuro-Training su lugar en los rangos de la medicina, como doctores y
médicos universales?  |
